Close to CBD and Beaches Abay Cottage was built in 1991 using beautiful recycled timbers and traditional techniques and tools. It is furnished with antiques, many of which come from the early days of Byron Bay. The cottage is set well back from a quiet tree lined street and has a large 'old fashioned' garden and sunny verandahs. Its only a few minutes walk to the center of town or the pristine Clarke's Beach. |  |

The living area downstairs has a large open fire, which is great for winter stays. There is a comfortable queen size bed and two singles in an upstairs loft, however, Abay Cottage is best suited to couples. Downstairs features an open plan lounge and kitchen with a big farmhouse table and many pieces of interesting memorabilia. A country feel by the beach at one of Australia's most irresistible holiday destinations, Byron Bay. |
